Toho Villa FAQ’s
At what time can I check-in / out?
Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 11am.
Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
What are the Property & Cancellation Policies?
- Modifications and/or cancellations can be done at least 31 days prior to your arrival date, with 50% refund.
- No refund for cancellations done 30 days or less prior to the arrival date.
- No refunds for early departures or no-shows.
Is smoking permitted?
If you’d like to smoke, please do it outdoors. Smoking is not permitted inside Toho Villa. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs inside the Villa during your stay.
Are parties or external visitors allowed?
You can have external visitors and host small gatherings and parties at Toho Villa, as long as there are less than 14 people in the property.
Quiet hours are from 12:00 pM to 6:00 AM. Please respect all rules from La Privada Residential Community.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
Is there free parking available?
Yes, Toho Villa offers 2 parking spaces, besides free spaces available in the street.
Is there easy access to restaurants or grocery shopping?
Yes, it’s a 5 minute walk to Fresh Market grocery shopping and some restaurants around.
Is it a safe and secured area?
Yes, La Privada is a private community with 24/7 security and a very calm area.
What is the distance from the Villa to downtown?
Downtown is very close, a 5 min drive or 20 min walk.
Does the Villa offer cleaning service every day?
Cleaning service is included in the price for check in and check out. Any extra services can be arranged with an extra cost.
