Location. Location. Location. It was our first time to the area and we appreciated the safety and security of the property. We could walk to awesome restaurants, 7/11, and coffee shops in just a few minutes. We rented bikes and scooters and biked to the beach (3 miles) every day. We also walked downtown three times to dine and shop. The courtyard and plunge pool were awesome but there is no outdoor furniture which is a shame as we wanted to drink our coffee outside in the morning and lounge around the plunge pool during the day. We easily walked a block away to the complex’s larger community pool which afforded lounge chairs around the pool. The house was expansive, easy to navigate, and provided plenty of room for gathering as a group and for time alone. We came back late at night and the security guards greeted us and let us in the property. There is some construction in the neighborhood but the noise is not bothersome and is kept to a minimum. We enjoyed our stay!
